The Immigration Court Observation Project is a collaboration between The Advocates for Human Rights, the University of Minnesota Law School's James H. Binger Center for New Americans, and Robins Kaplan LLP.
The observation project in juvenile court is by invitation for experienced court observers only. Volunteers must consent to a criminal background check before being approved. Contact courtobserver@umn.edu to request the consent form.
